| Tendering Process Explain

To make bussiness through the DTS system is simply a three-step job.

First: Be Our Member
To become our member is simply go to the    Member Registration Page , fill in the details and press "Submit". An email will sent to your mailbox as a confirmation also. After the registration, our bussiness representative will contact you directly to get to know each other in person. If everything go smooth, we will approve your membership a/c and you can login our system.

Second: Search and Submit Tender

Search Tender Notice
In order to search for the tendor available, go to the   
Tender Notice Page   and click "Search"; the tenders available for bids will be listed. Or you can enter some searching criterias before clicking the "Search" button to narrow down the result displayed. After the tender(s) available are listed, you can click the

to see the details of that tender.

Question
If you have any question about a particular tender, you simply need to email to us and quote the tender ID of that particular tender and we will answer your question directly.

Submit Tender
When you find the products you need here and want to submit a bid. You just need to go to the tender details page as mentioned above and click the "Place a bid" link and you can enter your bidding information and submit.

Note that we allow partial bidding which means that you can bid partial of the quantity of the bids.

Change Bidding information

Although it is not encouraged, you can still change the bidding information after you submit a bid and before it is granted.

Thrid: Bidding Result
No matter if the bid is successful or not; email will be sent to you to tell you the result and the next steps following, if any.
