UPOWER Limited “Unleash Power” is a Social Enterprise that advocates for disability rights and aims to build an inclusive and diverse society. UPOWER aims to enhance disability rights through work inclusion, raising cultural awareness of disabled rights in Hong Kong, and discovering new employment opportunities for both disabled and employers.​ 

Although Hong Kong is part of “The United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities”, Hong Kong is currently lagging behind many countries, as there has been no substantial achievement on disability rights in the past years. The basic needs of people with disabilities (PWDs) are severely unmet, and PWDs are often subject to discrimination and the diminishment of their rights.

Our Life-Reengineering Program focuses on establishing channels for PWDs to meet their potential employers. We will provide training and coaching, an online working platform, and talent management. Through this project, we hope to empower PWDs and help firms achieve CSR.
